28.4.2020 GOOD NEIGHBOURS (Part-2)
Welcome back boys!
Hope you have read Pg 21 of the lesson and completed your work.
Today we will move ahead with the story.
LET'S STARTπ
PAGE 22
- After promising her mother to return before her father comes home, Naoko ran towards Jack's yard.
- Jack gave Naoko the permission to help him finish his snowman.
- While Naoko was helping Jack, Jack told her that he will build his snowman with three snowballs.
- Naoko mentioned that snowmen have only two snowballs(one for the body and one for the head).
- Jack disagreed with Naoko's comment and replied,'I don't think I need you to help me after all.'
- After listening to Jack's response, Naoko felt wretched(sad) about the way things had turned out.
- She decided to build her own snowman and moved towards her own yard.
- Naoko rolled two balls of snow to make her snowman.
- She used many things to decorate her snowman:
Her hat and scarf
sticks pine cones
- for snowman's eyes, mouth and arms.
