1. 'I don't think I need you to help me after all.'

a. Who said these words and to whom?

Ans. Jack said this to his new neighbour, Naoko.

b. Why did he say these words?

Ans. Jack said this as he disagreed with Naoko, when she said that snowmen have 2 snowballs.

c. What does this behaviour tell us about the speaker?

Ans. This behaviour tells us that Jack was impolite and disrespectful towards Naoko and he couldn't accept his mistake.
